Sydney is a great mixture of old and new buildings.
I think it was the opening day of a new session of the courts.
We saw dozens of lawyers in robes and wigs.
The Nelson and the Hero of Waterloo are supposedly the two oldest bars in Sydney.
We were thirsty so we stopped at the Waterloo.
They had a collection of old beer bottles, oddly including Rainier and Coors.
Our hotel was the brick building in the left of the photo below. Great location!

The clock in the Queen Victoria Building has scenes showing the history of Australia.
