The Blue Mountains

Another highlight of our trip were the two days that we spent with my friend Robyn.  I used to work with her at the Gap.  One day she showed us some of her favorite parts of the city and the other day we drove out to the Blue Mountains.  The Three Sisters are one of the main sights.

You can take this very steep train down into the canyon.

Then you take this cableway back up to the top.

Then you take another cable car across the canyon.  There were great views everywhere!

We had high tea at a lovely hotel.

There were lots of these decorated rhinos all around Sydney.
